ALL APPOINTMENTS CANCELLED/NO SHOW OR RESCHEDULED LESS THAN 72 HOURS WITHIN TIME FRAME OF APPOINTMENT MAY RESULT IN A CHARGE OF 50% COST OF SERVICES BOOKED OR A REQUIRED NONREFUNDABLE DEPOSIT TO BOOK ANOTHER APPOINTMENT. DEPOSITS OR CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION MAY BE REQUIRED ON BOOKINGS FOR FIRST TIME CLIENTS, OR WHEN BOOKING GROUPS OF TWO OR MORE, IT MAY ALSO BE REQUIRED WHEN BOOKING MORE THAN 2 HOURS WORTH OF SERVICES. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANY PERSONS WHO CANCELS/ NO SHOW/LATE ARRIVAL OR RESCHEDULES APPOINTMENTS.
